A naturopathic, purely biological preparation for the intestinal mucosa for the dietary management of irritable bowel syndrome - without added flavourings.
Fermentation filtrate of Escherichia coli, strain Laves 1931
Synerga® contains a mixture of nutrients from the metabolic products of Escherichia coli (E. coli) strain Laves 1931 (L1931), which is produced in a process under special conditions. It is a food for special medical purposes (FSMP) for the dietary management of irritable bowel syndrome.
Irritable bowel syndrome is characterised by abdominal pain, bloating, flatulence, distended abdomen and altered frequency and consistency of stools. This is always accompanied by a disturbance of the natural intestinal flora and mucosa, which affects the normal absorption of nutrients.
Synerga® supports the balance of the immune system in the intestine and contributes to the regeneration of the intestinal mucosa. Synerga® relies on the power of the fermentation filtrate of E.coli L1931: The metabolic products of E. coli (e.g. glycolipids, peptides, fatty acids and amino acids) are important nutrients for the intestinal cells.
In patients with irritable bowel syndrome with a dysfunction of the intestinal mucosal barrier, a reduced concentration of these metabolic products was found. The effectiveness of the dietary management with the nutrient complex of the fermentation filtrate of E.coli L1931 has been proven by studies.
Synerga® does not contain any flavour additives and is therefore well tolerated even by sensitive users.
